A Winter Morning | Paragraph
A winter morning is misty and cold. Cocks start crowing to break the tranquility of the long winter night. The crows caw but does not leave their nests. The birds begin chirping from the adjacent to the woods. They do so to welcome a new day. People and children get up late in a winter morning. They also feel laziness in their works. There is dense fog everywhere. Sometimes the fog is so dense that the sun rays can not get through it. Even things at a little distance can hardly be seen. It is still dark. All on a sudden, the red disk of the sun appears on the eastern horizon. Instantly the eastern sky becomes reddish color. It seems as someone has colored the eastern sky red. The mist suddenly starts to disappear. The early morning begins to reval itself. Tiny dew drops begin to sparkle on the leaves blades of grass and on the cobwebs at the reflection of the morning sun. Village children and people gather straw, dry leaves etc to make fire to warm themselves. The old and the poor bask in the sun in order to warm themselves. People eat various kind of food like pitha, payesh, chira, muri, date juice etc in a winter morning. They also drink tea or coffee. The scene of the winter morning vanishes as the day advances. The sun goes up and the fog melts. A winter morning is enjoyable in many respects.
