Traffic Jam | Paragraph

 

When a lot of vehicles get stuck in a particular place, it is called traffic jam. Traffic jam is a long line of vehicles that can not move or that can move very slowly  because there is so much traffic on the road. Traffic jam is almost a regular phenomenon of the big cities and towns. The traffic jam occur mainly at the intersection of the towns and cities. The causes of traffic jam are many. The increased number of vehicles to meet the requirements of the increased population is the main cause. Improper parking of the vehicles here and there is another important cause of traffic jam. Narrowness of roads, unlicensed and uncontrolled vehicles, reluctance to obey the traffic rules by the drivers, overtaking tendency etc are some of the other causes of traffic jam. It makes us waste our valuable time. Many people fail to attend their office duty in time. It hampers our work. It causes great sufferings to the dying patients carried in an ambulance. It blocks the movements of fire brigade. Traffic rules should be imposed strictly so that the drivers are bound to follow them. Training programs for the drivers can be arranged to make them aware of traffic rules. |After doing all these things, we can hope to have a good traffic system for our easy and comfortable movement.
